Our parent company, A/T Publishing & Printing, is a family owned and run business based in Anchorage. They own Service Business Printing with two Anchorage locations, and Eagle River Printing & Design. Current circumstances have led A/T to make the difficult decision to consolidate their business locations.
If you are a print customer, please be assured that all your graphic files and order history will not be lost, and our main phone number, 694-2933, will continue to be answered. Our sister shops are prepared to meet your needs moving forward. Please feel free to call with any questions, and to place your orders.
We also host many websites. If you are a web customer, there will be no interruption or disruption in service. Both Zach and Kaleigh will continue to work for A/T, and Zach will continue to manage our web department.
ECHO Magazine is owned and printed by our parent company A/T Publishing & Printing. The ECHO will continue to be published. However, current circumstances have meant a delay in the production and distribution of the April issue – you should see it the second week of April in your mailboxes. Our May issue will not be produced this year. Many of the people that work on the ECHO each month are at home with their families right now. We hope we will all be back to work and able to bring you a fantastic June issue with the results of our photo contest! If you are a current advertiser and have not been contacted directly about this, we apologize. We are making phone calls daily to try to reach everyone and discuss your options. Please feel free to call us at the number below.
And, because this closure comes at an already difficult time, I ask our customers to please extend us some grace. Like many business owners, we only had days to work through the details of a temporary closure before the decision was made to make it permanent.
There is a blessing for us in this. Closing the shop allows us to focus on what we love most; making every issue of the ECHO something you look forward to reading, and building beautiful, functional websites for growing businesses in our community.
